Our Process

1. Site Preparation & Demolition

We began by carefully removing the old, deteriorated wooden railings using a reciprocating saw and pry bars. Our team ensured no damage was done to the porch or deck structure during the removal.

2. Surface Cleaning & Prep

The deck surface was cleaned and prepped to ensure a clean, flat base for the new railing system — essential for secure mounting.

3. Accurate Measurements & Pre-Fabrication

During the initial consultation, we took precise measurements of all railing sections, including stairs and landing areas. These specs were used to pre-fabricate the railing sections off-site for a seamless on-site fit and fast installation.

4. Post Installation

We installed heavy-duty 3×3 aluminum posts at key locations, anchoring them with lag bolts. A level was used to ensure perfect alignment both vertically and horizontally.

5. Railing Assembly & Mounting

Next, we mounted the R1 picket panels to the posts. Each section was aligned with the porch and stairs for a uniform, clean finish. The top and bottom rails snapped perfectly into place thanks to the accuracy of our fabrication.

6. Final Inspection & Cleanup

Once installed, we inspected all hardware and connections for safety and stability. The site was thoroughly cleaned, leaving behind a polished final result ready for everyday use.
